SHIPPING

All shipping is via Canada Post. 

All standard shipments please allow 1-3 business days to process your order and between 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. 

All orders are shipped Monday-Friday. 

If more than 15 days have passed since your order was processed, please email Amelia at roundmaternity@gmail.com to request a review of the status of your order.

FREE PICK-UP

We have free in-store pick-up at 1890 Hyde Park Road in London, ON. Orders must be picked up within 30 days. 

RETURN POLICY

Round offers a 7 day return or exchange policy on new items from when the package was delivered. Items must be returned in their original condition and with tags still intact. Items must be returned in person or by mail within 7 days of receiving the item. Shipping charges for the return will be the customers responsibility. 

Once we receive the return we will issue an exchange or refund for the cost of the item and HST. All shipping costs associated with the order are non-refundable.
